I-City is the IT department of the City of Brussels, at the heart of the administration’s digital transformation.

A large-scale challenge

The goal: digitise the experience of civil servants, students and Brussels citizens. A project that reaches more than 15,000 users and aims to simplify access to public services.

ICTCG is a partner of I-City on two major technological axes:

  • Microsoft Dynamics — Low-code and CiRM (citizen relationship management)
  • Java — Integration and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)
